_Chers militants et_ _sympathisants,_
_Chers compatriotes guinéens,_

Depuis le renversement du pouvoir civil au Niger par les militaires, suite au coup d’État, nous avons constaté un regain de sentiment panafricaniste parmi les militants et certains leaders sur nos différentes plateformes de communication.

Nous savons tous que notre cher pays, la République de Guinée, est le berceau du panafricanisme. Nous sommes fiers d’être Guinéens et Africains.

Le RPG arc-en-ciel est un parti démocratique qui s’est battu pendant plus de 50 ans pour l’avènement de la démocratie et de l’État de droit dans notre pays, et ce, au prix de lourds sacrifices.

*En tant que parti politique, nous condamnons toute forme de prise de pouvoir par les armes. C’est la ligne de conduite d’un parti qui a vu son pouvoir confisqué par les forces spéciales dirigées par le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, lequel avait la confiance du professeur Alpha Condé, au détriment de nombreux Guinéens. Depuis, la République de Guinée est devenue une plaque tournante du trafic de drogue.*

Par ailleurs, la cherté de la vie, le chômage et l’insécurité sont devenus des phénomènes qui font partie du quotidien des Guinéens sous la gouvernance du CNRD.

Aujourd’hui, la cible principale du RPG ARC EN CIEL reste les militaires au pouvoir. Comme le dit un adage africain : “Quand on a une flèche, on ne peut viser qu’une cible à la fois, sinon on rate tout.”

*Fidèle à ses principes de démocratie et de liberté individuelle, nous lançons un appel à la jeunesse guinéenne de se lever comme un seul homme pour chasser les militaires au pouvoir en Guinée pour l’intérêt supérieur de la nation.*

L’objectif du RPG arc-en-ciel reste la conquête du pouvoir par la voie des urnes.

_Dear activists and_ _sympathizers,_ _Dear Guinean compatriots,_ Since the overthrow of civilian power in Niger by the military, following the coup d’état, we have noted a resurgence of Pan-Africanist sentiment among activists and some leaders on our various communication platforms.
We all know that our dear country, the Republic of Guinea, is the cradle of Pan-Africanism. We are proud to be Guineans and Africans.
The Rainbow RPG is a democratic party that has fought for more than 50 years for the advent of democracy and the rule of law in our country, at the cost of heavy sacrifices. *As a political party, we condemn any form of seizure of power by force of arms.
This is the line of conduct of a party that saw its power seized by the special forces led by Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, who had the confidence of Professor Alpha Condé, to the detriment of many Guineans. Since then, the Republic of Guinea has become a hub for drug trafficking.* In addition, the high cost of living, unemployment and insecurity have become phenomena that are part of the daily lives of Guineans under the governance of the CNRD. Today, the main target of the RPG ARC EN CIEL remains the military in power.
As an African adage says: “When you have an arrow, you can only aim at one target at a time, otherwise you miss everything.”

*True to its principles of democracy and individual freedom, we call on Guinean youth to rise up as one man to drive out the military in power in Guinea for the greater good of the nation.*
The objective of the RPG arc-en-ciel remains the conquest of power through the ballot box.
