Personal Reflection
My name is REALMAN MOSES CHISHIMBA, born and grew up in Kabuta village of Nchelenge district in Luapula Province.
I am the only man in the family of seven (7) and born last, my both parents came from Kawambwa in 1966, stayed at Lupili village in Chief Mutampuka’s chiefdom and later shifted to Kabuta a village of pensioneers under Chifteness Mwepya in the Chiefdom of Mununga, The Senior Chief of the Shila people of Luapula Province, where I was born in the 1970s.
While growing up as a son of pastor Moses Mulonda from a well known church (MULONDA) in Nchelenge.
I have been a pasionate advocate of inclusive development in every life having survived both village and city life.
As a person working diligently, with empathy, I understand every level of Nchelenge lifestyle as a farmer, fisherman and businessperson.
I am privy to everyday rural and urban teething but surmountable challenges, more especially the transport mode used in Nchelenge from Kasumpa to Munkombwe via Kefulwa Mukwakwa and surrounding areas including lakeview fishing camps.
I do recall the needs of our good people of Nchelenge and major socio-economic challenges, which I am determined to overcome.
Furthermore, I understand the difference between other developed districts compared to our area, and it pains me a lot when I see the current status of Nchelenge as if we do not have proper compassion and management skill to lead our people into the right direction.
Nchelenge must develop, as my name stands (REALMAN).
It is not a mistake and I DECLARE MYSELF ready and eager to serve my good people of Nchelenge with ultmost courtesy and humility for the sake of Nchelenge’s holistic development.
As a god-fearing person, it is already in me to assist, help and render all my knowledge in ‘Mining and Construction’, ‘Agriculture, ‘Livestock and ‘Aquaculture, Sanitation and Healthy lifestyles, ending Early Child Marriages through enforcement of existence good and perfect policies; Child Code Bill, Youth Empowerment, Entertainment and Sporting Talent Search, achieved through Community engagement for a sustainable, transparent and financial accounterbility, to win local and foreign investor confidence through a life triangle – Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Life Triangle PPF, stands for Past, President and the Future (PPF )of Nchelenge, changing the old mind that has cost the tough living today as present and switch to mordenity of livelihood ( from way of believing in old fashion of doing things that took many years to build a structure.
My interaction will be people-centrered as grassroots participation will be the main factor anchoring Nchelenge’s development aspirations and in a collaborative quest to enhance people’s livelihood.
I was at Kabuta Primary School, Nchelenge (Luapula Province) and Chikola Secondary School in Chingola, the cleanest town on the Copperbelt Province.
I later enrolled at Bangweulu University for a Business Adminstration study with my other academic training skills acquired.
I hold a Master of Philosophy Degree (MPD)and continue imparting operational skills into youths interestef to pursue a Mining, Construction Machinery and OHS career.
Henceforth, I am at the helm of truth eager to construct and repair deplorable roads in Nchelenge district, and land scaping to attract investment in a variety of socioeconomic activities; farmblocks, fish-farming and transport, to name but three.
