The Patriotic Front leaders on February 14, 2026, attended a major Catholic celebration even that was held at St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Kalabo, Zambia, marking the 200th anniversary of the Papal approval of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) Constitutions and Rules (1826–2026).
The event featured the priestly ordination of Deacons Stanco Simukonda (OMI) and Nanias Mabvuto Tembo (OFM).
The Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI) recently celebrated their 40th anniversary in Zambia (1984–2024), and today gathered in Kalabo to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Papal Approval of their Constitutions and Rules.
