UBZ Party calling for PF membership to support Dr. Fred M’membe

United for Better Zambia (UBZ) Party President, Apostle Hector Soondo has called on members of the Patriotic Front (PF) across the country to rise above internal divisions and stand with the People’s Pact Movement and support Socialist Party Zambia President Dr. Fred M’membe ahead of the August 2026 General Elections.
Apostle Soondo said PF members remain a critical political force whose support will determine the outcome of the 2026 elections, stressing that unity is the only path to reclaiming national leadership from the ruling UPND.
Apostle Soondo stated that Dr. Fred M’membe is the only opposition leader with the strength, clarity of purpose, and political courage to confront President Hakainde Hichilema Hichilema directly and defeat him at the ballot.
“PF members understand the realities on the ground. The hardships facing ordinary Zambians today demand a united and decisive response. Dr. Fred M’membe has consistently stood with the people and offers a clear alternative to the current administration,” Apostle Soondo said.
Apostle Soondo urged PF structures at all levels to mobilise, engage, and work with the People’s Pact in order to present a single, strong opposition candidate capable of restoring people-centred governance and national dignity.
