My name is REALMAN MOSES CHISHIMBA, I’AM READY TO SAVE – NCHELENGE MUST DEVELOP
Born and grew up in Kabuta village of Nchelenge district in Luapula Province. my both parents came from Kawambwa in 1966 and settled in Kabuta village under Chifteness Mwepya in the Chiefdom of Mununga, The Senior chief of the Shila People of Luapula Province. While growing up as son of Pastor Moses Chishimba known as Moses Mulonda from a well known church (MULONDA) in Kabuta Nchelenge district I have been a passionate advocate of inclusive development in every life aspect having survived both village and city life, As a person working deligently with empathy in any form of village hard work, I am PRIVY to everyday rural and urban teachings but surmountable challenges, I understand every level of Nchelenge life style as a musician, farmer, fisherman and business man. more especially transport mode used in Nchelenge from Kasumpa to Munkombwe via Kefulwa- Mukwakwa and surrounding areas with a lot of resources including Lake Mweru fishing camps.

I do recall the needs of our good people of Nchelenge and major social-economical challenges which I’am determined to overcome once given opportunity to represent them in the the National Assembly of Zambia (NAZ) House of Laws (Parliament) just like we did at Kabuta Clinic Extension to have a Breast Feeding Ward (BFW) some years ago, feather more i understand the difference between other developed districts compared to ours, and it pains me a lot when I compare(see) the current status of Nchelenge as if we don’t have proper compassion and management skills to lead our people to the right direction, NCHELENGE MUST DEVELOP, as my name stands(REALMAN) its not a mistake and I DECLARE MYSELF to serve my good people of Nchelenge with ultmost courtesy and humility for the sake of Nchelenge’s holistic development aspirations, I already posses a philanthropic attribute eager to assist, help and render all my knowledge about Mining and Construction, Agriculture, Livestock and Aquaculture, Sanitation and Healthy lifestyle, ending Early child marriages through enforcement of existing good and perfect policies,(the Children’s Code Act No.12 of 2022),Youth Empowerment, Entertainment and Sporting Talent Search (YEESTS) achieved through Community Engagement for a sustainable,transparent and financial accountability to win Local and Foreign Investor Confidence (LFIC) through a Life Triangle (PPF) for this is the main factor to bring development in Nchelenge and enhance people’s livelihood in line with Public Private Partnership (PPP).
My interaction will be people centred, as grassroots participation and will be the main factor anchoring Nchelenge’s development aspiration in a collaborative quest to enhance people’s livelihood.

I was at Kabuta Primary School and Nchelenge Secondary (Luapula Province) worked as Mine Police, understand Mining practical works and later enrolled at Bangweulu University for a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in philosophy with my other academic Skills acquired, I am a qualified Trainer who has trained a lot of operators men, women and youths in the Earth Moving Equipments and continue imparting operational skills into everyone interested to pursue Mining and Construction Machinery including OHS careers¬. Henceforth, I am at the ‘Helm of Truth’ EAGER to CONSTRUCT and REPAIR our deplorable roads in the district and land scaping to attract investment in the variety of social-economic activities and Opening routs to all farm blocks,fish farming and transportation feeder roads in Nchelenge district through the INGENUITY of Nchelenge district council, MY BELOVED PEOPLE OF NCHELENGE: USE ME WHILE I’AM AVAILABLE.
