Peter Chikwampu scoops IMAP presidency

Following a General Executive Meeting and Committee Selection on Thursday 23rd April, 2026 meeting, convened at Universal Peace Federation Zambia Chapter, Peace Embassy Building on Ben Bella Road Lusaka, Zambia, the following were retained/ushered to the office for three years in the International Media Association for Peace Zambia (IMAP); President; Peter Chikwampu (retained), Vice President; Sandra Machima, Secretary General; Arthur Sikopo, Vice Secretary General; Jeff Kapembwa, Treasurer; Nakiwe Simpungwe, Vice Treasurer; Lilian Banda and
Committee Members; Shangai Munkomba, Allan Chimunya* Betty Kakoma, Derrick Sinjela, Joseph Kasoma with Trustee portfolio going to Master Chimbala (Retained).

Following the re-launch of International Media Association for Peace Zambia Chapter (IMAP) recently, at Golden Peacock Hotel on Kasangula Road in Lusaka individuals sought to serve in various committee positions.
