“I am back ready to share business tips and ideas” – Harry Valden Findlay thanks Zambian Citizens

Zambia’s renowned entrepreneur Harry Valden Findlay is out of police detention after his lawyer Milner Katolo and team secured a K100,000 bond with two sureties in the like sum each at exactly 13:00 hours in Lusaka.
In an interview as his client walked outside Kabwata Police Station, Katolo expressed delight pointing out that as a police bond conditionality, Findlay is expected to present himself before a Lusaka Magistrate Court on Friday, 17th April, 2026.
The business guru is facing one count of espionage contrary to Section 3(2) of the State Security Act, Chapter 111 of Zambia’s laws.
On his part, Findlay told Kwilanzi Newspaper Zambia (KNZ), Kwacha Magazine Zambia and Rainbow Newspaper Zambia Limited (RNZL) that finally he will be vindicated as the arrest was on tramped accusations.
“It is nice to be out, getting freedom and liberty is a good thing, as you are more aware than I, this arrest is based on trapped up charges. One has to be strong especially when an arrest is on trapped up charges,” said Findlay as family members and close associates displayed joy, embracing and hugging the Zambian entrepreneur, keen on sharing success stories with budding businesspersons.
Later, Findlay shared a post on his official Facebook page showing gratitude and promising entrepreneurs of more thought provoking ideas.
“Good evening, I would like to thank you all, friends, well wishers and everyone for the support offered to myself and my family during such a trying time.
I am out now on bond, charged with espionage, an offence I have vehemently denied and have absolutely nothing to do with nor have any idea of. Thanks once again and… I AM BACK! Back to doing what I know and love – entrepreneurship and sharing business tips and ideas.
