At just 19 years of age, Savior Miti is already writing a remarkable chapter in the story of Zambia’s cultural renaissance. Having completed Grade 12 in 2025 with an impressive Division One, she embodies the powerful union of intellectual excellence and unwavering cultural consciousness.
Born to Falesi Maimisa, and proudly carrying the distinguished legacy of her iconic grandparents, Gaven KaBwanali Maimisa and Falesi Jele, Savior is far more than an outstanding student. She is a celebrated Ngoma dancer under the Copperbelt Kraal, a vibrant custodian of AmaNgoni heritage, and a living reservoir of authentic UbuNguni DNA.
Her commitment to preserving identity transcends words. It is etched into every journey she undertakes. Traversing Zambia from the Copper-rich Province to the agriculturally endowed Eastern Province, Savior joined thousands at Ekuphedukeni Palace, beneath the majestic Mkwabe Mountain in Chipata, to bid a final royal farewell to Ingwenyama Inyandezulu Njengembaso KaKhuzwayo Mphezeni IV.
It was not merely a journey across provinces; it was a pilgrimage of identity, loyalty, and cultural reverence.
With dignity and conviction, the young AmaNgoni national asset stood on sacred royal ground to render her final salute to the Lion of the Land Beyond Ncwala—affirming that culture is not a relic of the past but the heartbeat of a people determined to preserve their future.
