Zambia High Commission in Kenya hosts Strathmore University Students
High Commissioner of the Republic of Zambia to Kenya, His Excellency Alfred Musemuna
Friday 6th March, 2026- The Zambia High Commission in Nairobi hosted a group of students from Strathmore University who are pursuing studies in International Relations and International Studies.
The students visited the Mission to familiarize themselves with the functions and services provided by the Zambia High Commission, as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the role of diplomatic missions in promoting bilateral relations and providing consular services to Zambian nationals abroad.
The students were received by the High Commissioner of the Republic of Zambia to Kenya, His Excellency Alfred Musemuna, who warmly welcomed them to the Mission.
In his remarks, Commissioner Musemuna encouraged the students to remain committed to their studies and highlighted the importance of diplomacy and international relations in fostering cooperation among nations.
Commissioner Musemuna emphasized the role of diplomatic missions in strengthening partnerships, promoting trade and investment, and safeguarding the interests of Zambian citizens living and travelling abroad.
The visit provided the students with an opportunity to interact with officers at the Mission and learn more about diplomatic practice and international engagement.
