Zambezi Magic kickstarts the new year on an exciting note with returning favourites Uncle Limbani and Date My Family

Lusaka, Zambia: Zambezi Magic has an exciting new year planned for our viewers! Two audience favourites are returning for new seasons this January – a good reason for Uncle Limbani and Date My Family Zambia fans to celebrate!
The raucous comedy Uncle Limbani’s season 3 premieres on 6 January 2023, while the hilarious dating reality series Date My Family Zambia returns for season 4 on 29 January 2023.

Both returning shows are a hit with our viewers, and we’re excited to see where the new seasons take us. Friday nights are off to an uproarious start with the return of our lovable, bumbling lead in Uncle Limbani. Come season 3, the hilarious big dreamer lands himself in even bigger trouble – whether it’s about money or women.
Caught in a love triangle with the strong-willed Gertrude and the wily Tinashe, Limbani’s romantic antics are catching up with him – and affecting his work life, in the process. Faced with two women who both need his support (financial and otherwise), Limbani goes to extremes to make his hustle work for him. But will it work against him? Double the love equals double the trouble!
Speaking of all things romance, the reality dating show Date My Family Zambia is back for season 4, adding humour and reality to our Sunday nights. Once again, a fresh group of singletons are looking for love – but hopefully in the right places.
Be a fly on the wall as we follow a bachelor or bachelorette on a date with a prospective partner’s family. They may feel good, smell fresh and have everything on point for the first date with the family, but will it be enough to land a boyfriend or girlfriend? We can only wish them the best!
Catch the return of Uncle Limbani when season 3 premieres on Friday 6 January 2023 at 21h30. Date My Family Zambia season 4 premieres on Sunday 29 January at 20h00. Both hit shows are on Zambezi Magic (DStv Channel 162 and GOtv Supa Channel 5), bookending your weekends with love and laughter.
