As a land located within the Common Market for East and Central Africa (COMESA) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC), including the Great Lakes Region, Zambia has continued to be respected as a respectable global hospitality of choice for local, regional, continental and international guests.

Aside from it hosting one of the seven wonders of the world – The Mighty Victoria Falls, Zambia is now expanding herself as a place of residence for People of Colour or African Descent, master minded by the State of the African Diaspora (SOAD), with over One thousand (1,000) World Celebrities of African Descent being empowered with complementary free land property, in a celebrity city under development called ‘Zollywood City’ in a ‘Peace Heaven Nation of Africa Zambia, located in Southern/Central Africa.

‘Zollywood City’ is being developed to host the world best Pan African talent and will once operational host annual awards of excellence to recognise talented ‘People of Colour’ or African descent worldwide in all the Pan African States.

Among the over 1, 000 plus recipients of free land is Reggae Super Star Legend Robert Nesta Marley aka Bob Marley’s widow, Rita Anderson – Marley, Mother to Bob Marley – Cedella Editha Booker & The 15 Children; Sharon, Cedella, David “Ziggy” Stephen, Rohan, Julian, Ky-Mani, and Damian, to name but eleven (11), plus Skip Marley (grandson), Nico Marley (grandson), and Selah Marley (granddaughter).
